These terms cover your use of Cosmic, run by Synchromy.
What the service is
Cosmic is a hosted system run by Synchromy. Each customer has their own Cosmic, which is a separate deployment with its own database.
Cosmic reads the tools you connect, builds pages about the people, companies and meetings it finds in them, and answers questions from those pages. You ask the questions, and so do the AI agents you connect to your Cosmic.
Private beta
Cosmic is in private beta and access is by invitation. Features change, and the service can be interrupted while it is in beta.
Your account
An account belongs to one person and is not to be shared. You sign in with Google, so protect that Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for who you invite into your Cosmic. Tell us at hello@synchromy.ai if you think an account has been taken.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law with Cosmic. Do not connect an account or data you have no right to connect. Do not try to reach another customer's Cosmic, probe the service beyond your own, or resell access to it.
Your data
The data you connect, and the pages Cosmic builds from it, belong to you. Synchromy claims no ownership of them and uses them only to run your Cosmic. You can export everything as files at any time. The privacy policy says what happens to data Cosmic reads from Google.
No warranty
During the beta Cosmic is provided as it is, with no warranty. As far as the law allows, Synchromy is not liable for loss arising from beta use.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts and ask us to delete your Cosmic. Synchromy can end your access at any time, and can suspend an account that breaks these terms. After a deletion the deployment and its database are removed and the encrypted backup archives age out within 30 days.
Governing law
The laws of Japan govern these terms.
